For his first few months of learning to speak, the majority of Jonah's words were nouns, which makes sense. But now he has started branching out into verbs and adjectives, which is very exciting to me. Here is a smattering from this morning:
"Red truck!"
"Fresh diaper"
"More trawburries (strawberries)"
"Doggie sleeping."
And here is his favorite interjection-adjective-noun-verb-pronoun-combo:
"Uh oh. Broken! Mommy fix it?"
...a sentence that he has ample opportunities to practice each day.
And while Mark was filming him a couple nights ago, he caught one of Jonah's most creative adjective-noun combos to date.
